The Executive Vice Chairman/ CEO, Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Professor Umar Garba Danbatta received the board of Abuja Teaching Hospital on September 20, 2018 at the Commission’s Head Office.
The Board Chairman, Dr. Sam Sam Jaja led the delegation comprising the Chief Medical Director of the Hospital and Dr. Nicholas Baamlong, Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee.

The Executive Vice Chairman/ CEO, Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Professor Umar Garba Danbatta received a delegation from the Nigerian Airforce on September 20, 2018 at the Commission’s Head Office.
The Chief of Air staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar who led the delegation stated in his opening remarks that, “The Nigerian Airforce is a highly technical service that requires knowledge and technical dexterity to deal with the challenges in the 21st century that are complicated by the advancement of technology.

In keeping with the Commission’s item of the 8-Point Agenda of Management for collaboration/ partnership with relevant stakeholders of the industry, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), held its 2nd Stakeholders Consultative Forum with members of the academia at the Hilton Hotel in Abuja.
This year’s event tagged: “Academia, Accelerator For Innovation, Industry Growth And Sustainability” was graced by 61 Vice Chancellors from across Nigeria’s Universities.

A meeting of joint investigative committee for response to the letters from National Assembly held on 10th September 2018 at the NCC Head Office Abuja.
The NCC and CPC earlier met on the 2nd of July 2018 to tackle the increasing rate of dropped calls and other unwholesome practices by telecommunications network operators in Nigeria.
