The Association of Telecommunication Companies of Nigeria (ATCON) hosts a POST-NIGERIA NATIONAL BROADBAND PLAN 2013-2018 Forum on 7th February, 2019 at the Treasury Suite and Conferences, Abuja.
The Executive Vice Chairman NCC, Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta, who delivered a keynote address said it is a great honour to deliver a keynote address at the special event with the theme: “The Nigeria National Broadband Plan 2013-2018: Success, Prospects and Challenges”.

The Nigerian Communications Commission hosted a Stakeholders Forum on Financial Fraud using Telecoms Platforms on 29th January, 2019 at the Niger/ Plateau Meeting room. Transcorp Hilton-Abuja
This event was organized as a response to the inundated public complaints on the unceasing cases of Financial Fraud via the use of Telecom Platforms and is poised at seeking initiatives aimed at creating greater awareness on the issue as well as creating ways of addressing these challenges.

The Nigerian Communications Commission’s Fifth Roundtable Forum with Academia, Telecom Industry and other Stakeholders in the North Central is holding at Doko Hotel Minna in Niger State on 23rd and 24th January 2019.
The forum is expected to improve collaboration among the Commission, academia, telecom industry players and other stakeholders to accelerate innovation, industrial growth and sustainable development in the Nigerian telecoms industry.

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has assured the general public that none of the over 160million telecoms subscribers in Nigeria will be disconnected or suffer service disruptions as a result of its recent order to permit the disconnection of indebted operators from other operators’ networks.
This assurance was given in Abuja earlier today by the NCC’s Executive Commissioner for Stakeholder Management Mr. Sunday Dare.
