The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has been applauded for its efforts in ensuring effective regulations aimed at protecting the rights and interests of consumers of telecom services as well on its efforts in promoting the provision of improved services at fair and affordable prices to Nigerians.
The commendation came from the Management of Jaiz Bank, Nigeria’s first Islamic non-interest commercial bank, which paid a familiarisation visit to the Commission (NCC) to seek areas of collaboration between the two corporate entities.

The NCC Special Session will hold at 1:00 p.m. in the Main Stage on Day 4 – Thursday, 27 – of the 5-Day event taking place from 24-28 February, 2020 at Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and the Nigerian Postal Services (NIPOST) have met to discuss key areas of collaborations between the two agencies towards strengthening delivery of their respective mandates and synergising to advance the digital economy agenda of the Federal Government.
This was the highlight of deliberations during a courtesy visit by senior management officials of NIPOST, who paid a visit to the Commission to explore opportunities for collaboration and partnership between the two agencies.

Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, this afternoon (18/2/2020) received the draft report of the National Broadband Plan Committee 2020-2025.
