Applicants should note that:
- Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Value Added Service (VAS) Content (using Short Code) and VAS (Special Numbering Service) Licensees are NOT eligible to apply for the VAS Aggregator license.
- Content developers are to register with the Commission to enable integration into the Value Added Service (VAS) value chain made up of: Content developer - Content Service Provider - VAS Aggregator - Mobile Network Operator.
- Download the Individual License application form from the Commission’s website www.ncc.gov.ng, fill and return in triplicate. Upon submission you are required to pay N1,000.00 for the form and 5% of the licence fee of N10,000,000.00 being N500,000.00 as a non- refundable administrative charges.

Please note that submission of application by prospective VAS Aggregator Licensees shall be within one (1) week from the date of this publication (on or before April 3rd, 2018). All applications submitted after the deadline will not be entertained.
