The programme was introduced few years ago to reduce stress, keep staff in shape and educate them on the need to monitor body signs that may indicate ill-health.
This edition which kicked off this morning started with an 8 kilometre walk within Abuja, followed by aerobics exercises and a physiotherapy session during which physiotherapists offered advice on diet and lifestyle.
It was a fun-filled event marked by team bonding exercises. Lots of prizes were also won during the programme.
